Scientific Officer – Physiotherapist
After completing his studies at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Central Greece, he started working as a physiotherapist at the Karystos TherapyLab.
Christos is specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the trunk with the main goal of stabilizing the spine and increasing muscle strength. He is also involved in treating metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis, with the increase of bone tissue. Christos also treats central nervous system diseases such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
He is also responsible for the functionality and fall prevention of the elderly exercise programs.
Growing up in a city with a rich tradition of horses, Christos had the opportunity to work closely with them. So, apart from physiotherapy, he is currently the Head of the Therapeutic Horse Riding Department.
In addition to the Physiotherapy Center, he is active in the TherapyLab SCE (Social Cooperative Enterprise) and pursues the fulfillment of its social goals.
