Christos Alamanos studied Physical Therapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Sterea Ellada (Central Greece). He started working as a physical therapist for TherapyLab, Karystos, S. Euboea.
At TherapyLab he specializes in therapeutic exercises for musculoskeletal diseases of the core and focuses on core stabilization and increasing muscular strength. He also works with metabolic diseases, such as osteoporosis, where bone tissue increase is required, and central nervous system (CNS) disorders, such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease (PD). Christos leads our programs of therapeutic exercise aimed at improving functionality and avoiding falls in elderly patients. Having been raised in a city of rich equestrian tradition, he combined his interest in horses with physical therapy and equine therapy. At TherapyLab he leads our therapeutic riding department. Besides his work as a therapist, he is also actively involved in our Social Cooperative Enterprise (SCE) and the social goals of TherapyLab.
