  • Staff-wise, this clinic type requires the Head of the Clinic and up to one more (1) person.

Main Model” (180 – 250 m2)

  • Approximately 180 – 250 m2 is required for this clinic type; a separate space for therapeutic exercise and a space for alternative therapy are included.
  • The cost for the specific clinic type (investment cost /venture capital and equipment cost included) amounts to 200 – 250 €/m2.
  • This clinic type requires the Head of the Clinic and up to two (2) more persons.

Initial Investment of Franchisee (Franchise Fee)

  • In order to become a franchisee of “THERAPYLAB” physical therapy clinic in Greece, the Candidate has to make an initial investment, depending on the model of the clinic. Moreover, the Candidate should have the working capital needed.
  • It is required that “THERAPYLAB Ltd” is persuaded that the working capital is available before the candidate (potential franchisee) signs the franchise preliminary agreement.

Money-back guarantee/ Guarantee of Buyout

  • The franchisee has the right to activate a clause which stipulates the buyout of their business’s total share by the franchiser upon the completion of a six-year period.
